Anthropologie is a company when I went to visit San Fran, California in the 1990s . I stuck with online & now my daughter & I still shop at this all time fav store for clothes, home goods etc both in Austin & West lake, Ohio ...????????
My daughter being a Medical Anthropology major at CWRU has a personal connection ????

Bought my daughter 3 tops and less than a day of buying the strap broke on one . Okay I get it with clothing but it was a couple hour drive to the store and I tried to get help through chat and she said to go back to the store . She was nice but I’m not driving back. I asked for an email to attach receipt and photo and if I could get help and there’s no way to do this. Not her fault! I know it was bought instore but Anthropologie is not just at every local shopping mall/area. She gave me a 30% off code and as I was writing her back she disconnected the chat.That was kinda unexpected? Any other clothing store that my daughter likes to shop that is similar to this one has always made an easy way to return damaged clothing and send another without having to drive back to the store.

Back in my early 20's I made my first Anthropologie purchase. It was a beautiful black and cream flare skirt that had a vintage look. It was on sale and the purchase made me feel like an adult. Over the years I have bought numerous pieces of Anthropologie clothing which were well made, unique and lasted for years. Unfortunately it seems the company no longer cares about these things. Today they carry dresses that look like potato sacks, the materials all feel cheap and nothing is interesting to look at. Once a trip to the Antropologie store was a special treat and now I just think, meh.

One candle well wrapped and the other not at all so smashed so I was annoyed but the complaint was resolved within ten minutes of my email I had a full refund for both.
Due to that I’m definitely ordering again as I know that the resolution will be easy quick and good.
Candles are great smells and the I smashed one is lovely.

I feel really lucky after reading all the bad reviews on here. I know people are fast to write bad reviews. But I wanted to share that I had a good one.
I ordered a plant pot in Nov 2020, it came fast, was well packed and a good price for what it was, so I ordered two more which both came timely and were in perfect condition. Thank you!

Also left feeling like I have a bad taste in my mouth. I am a good customer with them, but today I called to ask if I can get a scannable returns label as I dont have a printer at home. The woman did not say "sorry you were disappointed with the product" (which I ordered twice and which were faulty both times). She said printing is the sole option, so I asked if I would therefore have to pay for postage to return faulty items. She said "That's right". Nice.... thanks for poor products, poor service and for costing me extra time and money, Anthro.

I’m quite shocked at all these bad reviews, I never would have guessed they would review so bad. I’ve only shopped with them once but it was fine. I ordered a salt and pepper pot and they sent me two peppers. I emailed them and they replied after a few days to say they would resend the correct set at no extra cost and I wouldn’t have to return the originals. The replacement arrived promptly and were gorgeous. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Anthropologie for all your help.

I ordered some bowls and plates for my friend for her birthday. They Arrived in time for her birthday even though I’d ordered them quite late and they were packages well so I was able to just send them on to my friend who received them in perfect condition.

Love my new selected femme trainers. Arrived on time too. Thank you
